hi, i’m emily

I created Ground + Grow as a space to help you find your way back to you. Through the power of yoga, nutrition, spiritual guidance, and the use of practical tools I can help you to overcome limiting beliefs, tap into your intuition, identify your true goals + dreams, and help bring you back to you. 

I wholeheartedly believe that yoga + wellness is for everybody and every body, and that being ‘healthy’ doesn’t look the same for everyone. I believe that health is multifaceted and covers our physical, mental + spiritual bodies.

Ground + Grow is about supporting you to find your own sense of balance as an individual, about finding what works for you, and about stepping away from the idea of health, wellbeing + happiness as a one-size-fits-all concept.

I work with individuals to create bespoke holistic programmes and also offer group coaching that includes everything from how to move your body in a way that feels good + eating the right foods for you, to reaching your goals + living your dream life. I’m so excited to be on this journey with you!
